The project requires a nominal fee of Rs 1200 per year, plus applicable service tax, ensuring affordability for participating families.
This project is open for establishment by registered societies and trusts only, as individuals are not permitted to initiate it. Registered societies and trusts also receive additional benefits, such as access to corporate funding and donations under the CSR program.
