1. Executive Summary
The Child Care Development Centers of India (CCDCI) is an initiative by Tucsi Foundation IN, managed under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), to provide comprehensive early childhood care, education, and nutritional support to underprivileged children across India. Launched in 2021, the project aimed to bridge the gap in early childhood development, ensuring a strong foundation for future growth and learning.
2. Objectives of the Project
The key objectives of CCDC were:
1. Early Childhood Education – Providing structured learning programs for children aged 2–6 years.
2. Nutritional Support – Offering mid-day meals and nutritional supplements to combat malnutrition.
3. Healthcare & Hygiene – Conducting regular health check-ups and hygiene awareness programs.
4. Parental Awareness & Engagement – Educating parents on child development, nutrition, and hygiene.
5. Safe & Inclusive Spaces – Establishing safe, child-friendly centers with trained caregivers.

Location Selection: Centers were set up in rural, semi-urban, and urban slum areas based on socio-economic surveys.
Infrastructure Setup: Each center was equipped with play areas, classrooms, and kitchen facilities.
Staffing & Training: Teachers, caregivers, and nutritionists were recruited and trained.
