1. What is the position offered under this recruitment?
The position offered is Project Development Officer (PDO) on a 2-year contractual basis.
2. What is the salary and additional benefits?
The selected candidates will receive ₹38,000/- per month along with TA/DA and other equivalent benefits.
3. What is the eligibility criteria for this post?
Candidates must have a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. Local aspirants are NOT eligible for this recruitment.
4. How many villages will each PDO manage?
Each PDO will be responsible for the development and management of five villages.
5. What is the recruitment process?
The selection process includes:
1. Entrance Examination (Online)

6. How will the recruitment process be conducted?
The entire recruitment process, including exams and interviews, will be conducted online under surveillance.
7. Is there a recruitment fee?
Yes, candidates must pay a non-refundable recruitment fee of ₹1,000/- online through the official payment portal.
8. How can I pay the recruitment fee?
The fee can be paid through UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or Wallet Payments on the official Tucsi Foundation website.
9. Can I get a refund of the recruitment fee?
No, the recruitment fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
10. What documents are required for application submission?
Candidates must upload the following documents:
Experience Certificate
Aadhaar Card (Scanned Copy)
PAN Card (Scanned Copy)
4 Recent Passport-Size Photographs
Bank Account Details (for salary processing)
11. When is the last date to apply?
The last date to submit applications is 5th April 2025.

13. What is the syllabus for the entrance exam?
The syllabus includes:
Social Work & Development Studies

General Knowledge & Current Affairs
Logical Reasoning & Analytical Ability
Basic Computer & Digital Literacy
14. What is the mode of the entrance exam?
The exam will be conducted online under surveillance and will be multiple-choice based (MCQs).
15. Will there be negative marking in the entrance exam?
No, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
16. Can I apply if I have a different master’s degree?
No, only candidates with an MSW (Master of Social Work) degree are eligible.
17. Can I apply if I do not have prior work experience?
No, candidates must provide an experience certificate as proof of prior work in the social work or development sector.
18. How will I receive updates regarding my application?
All updates, including exam dates, results, and interview details, will be posted only on the official website.
19. What happens if I fail to appear for the entrance exam?
Candidates who fail to appear for the exam will be automatically disqualified.
20. Can I appear for the exam using a mobile phone?
No, candidates must use a laptop or desktop with a webcam to appear for the online exam.
21. Will I receive training after selection?
Yes, selected candidates will undergo orientation and training before starting their work in the assigned villages.
22. What happens if I fail to perform well during the contract period?
Non-performance or violation of rules may result in termination of the contract.
23. Can I request a change in my assigned job location?
No, job locations are assigned based on project requirements and cannot be changed.
24. Can I reapply if I am not selected?
Yes, candidates who are not selected can apply in future recruitment cycles.
